Born from the dream of Ana Lombard, a passionate therapist who has transformed her own story into a path of wellness, Mi Harmony combines skincare and emotional well-being in a sacred ritual of personal self-care, in a tribute to the beauty of nature and the human essence.

Inspired by her grandmother Micas, keeper of ancient wisdom and plant lover, Ana has learned to honour nature's secrets and combine tradition with innovation. Author of the book #Positivestress and an example of resilience and self-improvement, the creator and founder of Mi Harmony has dedicated her life to teaching how to turn stress into transformative energy, inspiring others to blossom from within.
