Home delivery

The customer can select the delivery address. Home deliveries will be made to «DESTINO_ENVÍO».

Shipping costs are proportional to the weight, the destination of the package and the method of shipment and shall be borne by the customer. These costs will be displayed in the shopping basket before proceeding with the order.

ANA LOMBARD COSMETICS emphasises the customer's responsibility to enter a complete and correct delivery address. 

The delivery of the products and/or services contracted will be carried out, in general, respecting the delivery deadlines.

How much are the shipping costs?

  • Spain, Balearic and Canary Islands: 4,50€ or Free on purchases over 50€ (No shipments to Ceuta and Melilla)
  • Europe: 7€ or Free on purchases over 60€.
  • UK: 8€ oFree on purchases over 70€.
  • USA and CANADA: 18€.Free on purchases over 130€.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Spain: Mainland Spain 2 to 5 working days, Balearic Islands 2 to 5 working days, Canary Islands up to 7 days.
  • Europe: 3 to 8 working days.
  • UK: 3 to 8 working days.
  • USA and CANADA: 3 to 8 working days.

During holidays such as Christmas or national holidays we cannot guarantee delivery on the days indicated due to the high volume of deliveries.

Can I pick up an order at a post office?

If you prefer to pick up your order at a post office, you can request it through the Correos Express tracking that you have received in your email/SMS by clicking on “manage delivery”. Enter your postcode and a map will appear with the available offices. As soon as the package arrives at the office you will receive an SMS notification so that you can pick it up.

The mobile phone number of the recipient registered in your purchase is essential.

  • The maximum period for which the shipment may remain at the Post Office is 15 calendar days.
  • It is essential to present your ID card to collect your order.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?

Yes, through the Correos Express application provided in the confirmation e-mail or through the SMS that Correos Express sends once the order has left our offices. You can also change the delivery time if you are not at home at the indicated time.

How can I track my order?

Once the order leaves our warehouse we send you an email with the tracking information. Through this email you can confirm the expected delivery date. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to be updated once you receive the email with the information.

Exceptions to delivery deadlines:

During special offers on the website, delivery times may be longer than usual.

ANA LOMBARD COSMETICS holiday periods will be notified on the website and during the recruitment process.

ANA LOMBARD COSMETICS shall not assume any liability for delays in the delivery of orders when this delay is the sole fault of the customer or the authorised person. 

The customer assumes the risks of deterioration, impairment, damage and loss of the products of the order from the time of delivery of the same in accordance with the procedure regulated in these Terms and Conditions. The customer shall be responsible for the storage and conservation of the products in the conditions that, where appropriate, are established in their labelling. 

Right of withdrawal or return

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 102 of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Customers, the customer shall have a period of up to fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an unequivocal statement to the address Travessera de Gràcia, 73, 4o 1era, District of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, 08006 in the town of BARCELONA, Telephone: +34 655 272 795; or by sending an e-mail to the following address: INFO@MI-HARMONY.COM. To do so, you may use the model withdrawal form included in appendix 1 of these general terms and conditions. In any case, ANA LOMBARD COSMETICS gives the option of completing and sending the withdrawal form electronically or via our website. If the customer finally decides to do so via the electronic form, he/she will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of his/her request.

In the event of cancellation or return by you, all payments received from you will be refunded to the customer. The shipping costs for the execution of the return shall be borne by the customer. The returned products must be in normal condition (in their original packaging and unused). A copy of the invoice must be enclosed. Before returning the Product, the Customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer any damage during transport.

If the reason for the return is that the product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, ANA LOMBARD COSMETICS will bear the cost of the return and the new shipment. If the reason is that you are not satisfied with the order, we will refund the amount, but not the return costs. Nor will additional delivery costs be paid in the event that the customer has expressly selected a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method.

The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated, provided that the products and/or services subject to withdrawal have been received beforehand. Otherwise, the payment may be withheld until receipt of the products and/or services withdrawn or until the customer proves that they have been returned.

The refund will be made by the same payment method used. 

The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall extinguish the obligations of the parties to perform the contract. 

Indicate that they are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Based on the provisions of article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, you may not exercise your right of withdrawal on those goods made according to your specifications or which are clearly personalised. It should also be noted that, based on the provisions of sections d) and e) of article 103 of the same legal text, the right of withdrawal will not apply when the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, as well as those sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Also excluded from the right of withdrawal is any other product, good and/or service covered by article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Product warranty

When the Product or Products purchased present a lack of conformity because they do not correspond to the characteristics offered, present defects that prevent their normal use in accordance with their nature, or do not offer the services described for the same, the Client will have the right to the restoration of the purchased good within a period of three years from the date of contracting, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, and under the conditions and with the means of proof regulated in the same legal text, without prejudice to the powers of the Point of Sale to verify the veracity of the defects, their origin and the time of their appearance.

In any case, the Client must inform ANA LOMBARD COSMETICS of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. To do so, it will be necessary to provide information on the nature of the problem, the time and conditions of its occurrence.

Likewise, the customer has the right to have the goods repaired in accordance with the rules of article 120 and following of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Customers. In any case, the regulations on the guarantee of the sale of consumer goods established by the applicable legislation will be applied. If the product is defective, «COMPANY» will be responsible whenever it is possible to replace the product, at no cost to the Client. In the event that for reasons of availability it is not possible to replace the product, the full refund of the contract will be made.
